-Your order will be shipped within a 2 working days after placing an order

-Shipping costs are not included in the price

-We currently only ship to EU countries.

- Our products will never be shipped to Russia, Belorussia or any other country supporting aggression.

-  The buyer is responsible for any duty, taxes, and expenses associated with importing products purchased from us. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

- For standard ready-to-ship orders, processing time typically takes 2-5 business days. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, delivery within the EU typically takes 3-8 working days from the shipment date, depending on the buyer's location.

- Please note that SOULED Ceramics is not responsible for any delays caused by customs. Shipping times may exceed the estimate due to factors outside of our control. Every order comes with tracking info. However, once the order leaves our premises, the buyer assumes all responsibility.

- In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please email us immediately upon arrival to arrange for a refund or replacement. Please note that all return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

- If a package is lost or stolen, the buyer needs to file a claim with the shipping service provider, not SOULED Ceramics. If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located, SOULED Ceramics is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit. The products covered by each order are at the buyer's risk upon delivery to the carrier. SOULED Ceramics cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.
